- Business Information: You may optionally provide your business name, GST/HST registration number, and province of operation.
- Communications: If you contact us for support, we retain records of that correspondence.

We never have access to your banking credentials. You export CSV files directly from your bank and upload them to our Service. We do not connect to your bank accounts or access your online banking.
